Study on Tensile Fatigue Performance of High-Strength Bolts
The fatigue performance of high-strength bolts have an important impact on the stability and safety of building structures,and the study on tensile fatigue performance of high-strength bolts can lay a foundation for the analysis and application of fatigue performance of bolts.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors for tensile fatigue performance of M24 high-strength bolts,combined with the relevant tests,the fatigue performance under different conditions is studied and targeted improvement measures are proposed.The results show that the fatigue performance can be improved by modifying the screw thread form and prestress;In the cases of full pretension and no pretension,the power exponential model is used to perform the regression fitting of the relationship between the number of stress cycles and the change of stress amplitude,which has a high degree of fitting.
