摘要

近年来,红外热像技术作为一种新型无损检测技术,已经在房屋建筑检测领域展现出巨大的潜力.通过对建筑结构瑕疵、外墙质量、渗漏问题等进行高效、准确的检测,红外热像技术可以为房屋建筑的维护和修缮提供更加科学和准确的依据.本文阐述了该技术的应用原理和现状,并围绕实际案例,深入探讨了红外热像技术在不同检测场景下的应用策略.以期这些策略能够在房屋建筑项目的检测中得到有效应用.

Abstract

In recent years,infrared thermal imaging technology,as a new non-destructive testing technology,has shown great potential in the field of house and building testing.Through the efficient and accurate testing of building structural defects,exterior wall quality and leakage problems,infrared thermal imaging technology can provide a more scientific and accurate basis for the maintenance and repair of houses and buildings.This paper expounds the application principle and current status of this technology,and discusses the application strategies of infrared thermal imaging technology in different testing scenarios based on actual cases.These strategies are expected to be effectively applied in the testing of house and building projects.
