随着城市化的加速,城市住宅设计面临诸多挑战与机遇.为满足现代人对多元化、高品质居住环境的需求,建筑设计需持续创新.基于此,本文探讨城市住宅建筑设计改进与创新策略,聚焦于提升功能性、舒适性、节能性、环保性,并融合科技、艺术与文化元素.实施这些策略,将塑造更人性化、可持续的住宅,提升居住品质,推动城市可持续发展.
Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization,urban residential design is facing many challenges and opportunities.In order to meet the needs of modern people for a diversified and high-quality living environment,architectural design needs a continuous innovation.Based on this condition,this paper discusses the improvement and innovation strategies of urban residential building design,which focus on improving functionality,comfort,energy conservation and environmental protection,and integrate technology,art,and cultural elements.The implementation of these strategies will create more humanized and sustainable housing,improve the quality of living,and promote sustainable urban development.
