摘要
新时期,市场竞争日益激烈,建筑企业要想实现长远稳健发展,务必要以打造高品质、高质量的精品项目作为工程建设及管理的目标,加大对工程施工质量的控制力度,以增强企业的市场竞争力及社会影响力.本文通过创设安全文明的施工环境,优化住宅建筑工程策划方案,严格把关施工技术及施工材料应用,精准落实住宅建筑工程施工控制等管理举措,确保工程建设的秩序性及高效性.
Abstract
In the new era,the market competition becomes increasingly fierce.In order to achieve long-term and steady development,construction enterprises must take the creation of high-quality excellent projects as the goal of project construction and management,and increase the control of project construction quality,so as to enhance the market competitiveness and social influence of enterprises.In this paper,the orderliness and efficiency of project construction are ensured by creating a safe and civilized construction environment,optimizing the planning scheme of residential construction projects,strictly controlling the application of construction technology and construction materials,accurately implementing construction control of residential construction projects and other management measures.
