摘要
建筑屋面出现渗漏是常见的建筑质量问题,很多屋面的渗漏问题不能得到根本的解决,严重影响了人们日常的生产生活.如何能够提升建筑主体屋面的质量,提高建筑屋面的防水性能,仍然是目前建筑工程施工中非常重要的内容,所以需要不断对存在的问题进行分析.本文以雄安智汇城44-2#地块项目屋面防水工程为例,寻找切实的解决方法和正确的施工技术,从而提升建筑主体的质量,满足群众日常的居住使用需求.
Abstract
Leakage of building roofing is a common construction quality problem,and many leakage problems of roofing cannot be fundamentally solved,which seriously affects the daily production and life of people.How to improve the roofing quality of the building main body and improve the waterproof performance of the roofing are still very important contents in the construction of the current construction project,so it is necessary to continuously analyze the existing problems.This paper takes the roofing waterproofing project of the 44-2#plot project of Xiong'an Science City as an example to find practical solutions and correct construction technology,so as to improve the quality of building main body and meet the daily residential use needs of the masses.
