建筑工程全过程造价咨询重点环节的控制策略研究

摘要
目前,咨询公司的经营活动大多集中在某一特定的发展阶段,服务范围单一,全周期管理理念尚未形成,应对挑战能力较弱.对工程造价咨询的含义进行分析,得出如下结论:与传统成本管理相比,工程造价咨询具有控制系统性、成本可控、动态管理等特征.本文简单阐述了全过程工程咨询的概念与特点,分析了在建筑工程全过程工程咨询管理中存在的各项问题,同时针对全过程工程咨询重点以及优化对策展开了研究.
Abstract
At present,most of the business activities of consulting companies are concentrated in a specific stage of development,the scope of services is single,the concept of full-cycle management has not yet been formed,and the ability to cope with challenges is weak.The meaning of project cost consulting is analyzed,and the following conclusions are drawn:compared with traditional cost management,project cost consulting has the characteristics of control system,cost controllability and dynamic management.This paper briefly expounds the concept and characteristics of whole-process project consulting,analyzes various problems in the whole-process project consulting management of construction projects,and studies the key points and optimization countermeasures of whole-process project consulting.
