Problems and Countermeasures in Pre-Settlement Audit of Construction Project Cost
This paper analyzes and studies the pre-settlement audit of construction project cost,first expounds the important significance and role of pre-settlement audit in construction engineering,then analyzes the content contained in the pre-settlement audit of cost,and finally studies the existing defects and solutions in the pre-settlement audit at the present stage.Through the discussion in this paper,it is concluded that in order to improve the quality of pre-settlement audit,it is necessary to focus on many aspects such as performing well in preparation and ensuring the authenticity of the audit.The research in this paper is expected to better provide suggestions for relevant staff.
