摘要
随着国民经济的快速增长,我国房地产行业迎来了飞速发展的阶段,建筑施工过程中较易对周围的生态环境和自然资源造成一定的污染与不良影响,使得建筑施工在新时期需要面对的机遇和挑战越发严峻.绿色建筑施工理念旨在通过绿色施工技术,为企业实现稳定运营和安全管理提供应用渠道,进一步明确绿色建筑施工的方向和目标.鉴于此,本文对绿色建筑施工管理相关理念进一步实施的必要性和重要性进行探讨,以期为我国建筑施工管理及绿色建筑施工管理项目的持续、顺利、稳定,推动提供支持.
Abstract
With the rapid growth of the national economy,the real estate industry in China has ushered in a stage of rapid development,and it is prone to certain pollution and adverse effects on the surrounding ecological environment and natural resources in the process of building construction,which causes increasingly rigorous opportunities and challenges for building construction in the new era.The concept of green building construction aims to provide application channels for enterprises to achieve stable operation and safety management through green construction technology,and further clarify the direction and goals of green building construction.Therefore,this paper discusses the necessity and importance of further implementation of the relevant concepts of green building construction management,so as to provide support for the sustainable,smooth and stable promotion of building construction management and green building construction management projects in China.
