Research on Concrete Construction and Safety Management in Winter——Example of Civil Construction Project of a Calcium Carbide Production Plant and Supporting Facilities
During concrete construction in winter,due to the low temperature of external environment,concrete quality problems may occur,which are mainly manifested as insufficient strength,cracking,and freeze-thaw damage.These problems will not only reduce the overall quality of the concrete,but also seriously affect the service life of the building.In order to solve this problem,this paper takes the civil construction project of calcium carbide production plant and supporting facilities of Shenmu Calcium Carbide Group as an example,and proposes effective measures and safety management methods for the difficulties in concrete construction in winter.Through measures adapting to local conditions,the strength of concrete can also be ensured under low temperature conditions,so as to ensure the construction quality of the project.
