Planning and management are the premise of initiating the construction process of construction engineering projects,and the progress of urban construction will be hindered in the case of improper construction planning and management,so the scientific planning and effective management of construction links in construction projects have become the important works of construction enterprises.This paper mainly expounds the principles of construction planning and management in construction projects,deeply analyzes the problems of construction planning and management in construction projects at the present stage,and studies the active measures for corresponding problems,so as to comprehensively improve the rationality of construction planning and the effectiveness of construction management links in construction projects from various perspectives.
