Influencing Factors and Countermeasures for Construction Management in Construction Projects
It is critical to study the influencing factors for construction management in construction projects.Based on accumulative work experience over years,the author summarizes the influencing factors as follows:personnel,materials,equipment,technology,environment and others.In order to ensure the work effectiveness of construction management in construction projects,corresponding countermeasures should be taken in strict accordance with the influencing factors.Therefore,the author puts forward some suggestions,such as the improvement at the system level,the implementation of quality supervision,the application of information technology,the management and control of construction costs,the management and control of material and equipment quality,the structure of accident prevention mechanism and the construction of management team,hoping to provide reference for the relevant personnel in the construction industry as appropriate and jointly promote the development of construction industry in China.
