摘要
建筑工程中造价动态管理与成本优化控制有着至关重要的作用,建筑工程不但具有复杂的流程,在不同施工阶段投入的资源也是巨大.造价管理与成本控制工作若得不到保证就会导致建筑工程出现超支问题.本文对建筑工程造价动态管理与成本优化控制进行分析,并结合现有情况进行管理要点与未来发展的探讨,供相关行业参考.
Abstract
Cost dynamic management and cost optimization control play a vital role in construction engineering.Construction engineering not only has a complex process,but also has a huge resource invested in different construction stages.If the cost management and cost control work is not guaranteed,it will lead to the problem of overspending in construction engineering.This paper analyzes the cost dynamic management and cost optimization control in construction engineering,and discusses the management points and future development combined with the existing situation,for the reference of related industries.
