Discussion on Whole-Process Cost Control Measures for Housing Construction Project Cost
In the development process of construction industry,the implementation of cost control plays an important role,which can not only effectively avoid cost risks,but also significantly increase the economic benefits of construction units and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.Based on this condition,this paper first elaborates on the importance of the whole-process cost control of housing construction projects,then deeply analyzes the deficiencies in the current project cost control,and puts forward corresponding improvement countermeasures,so as to provide some reference for the industry insiders and promote the further development of the construction industry.
