Discussion on Dynamic Management and Cost Optimization Control of Construction Project Cost
With the rapid development of modern social economy,the efficiency and quality requirements in the construction management process of the construction industry are constantly improving.Cost management,as an important part in the construction management process of the construction industry,can control the cost of construction projects and improve the construction efficiency and quality of construction projects.In order to solve the problems of link disconnection and approval control in the construction project cost,the principle and importance of the whole-process dynamic management of construction project cost are analyzed in details.Based on this condition,this paper discusses the dynamic management and cost optimization control of construction project cost,aiming to provide a reference for the improvement of whole-process dynamic management level of construction project cost.
