Construction project management is the key link to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.However,due to the complexity and variability of the project itself,construction project management is faced with a variety of risks,and such risks will also affect the progress,quality and cost of the project.In the long run,it will also lead to the failure of the project.Therefore,it is particularly important to prevent and control the risk of construction project management.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the prevention and control measures of construction project management risks,so as to provide a useful reference for the risk management of construction industry in Heyuan City.
