摘要
在建筑规模日趋扩大的背景下,工程量清单计价逐渐成为工程造价全过程控制的重要导向.对此,本文将对工程量清单计价视域下工程造价全过程控制进行分析,先分析价值与影响因素,提升工程造价控制人员对工程量清单计价的价值认知.再结合案例分析实践策略,把控工程量清单计价视域下工程造价全过程控制的实践要点,推动工程量清单计价视域下工程造价全过程控制的高质量落实.
Abstract
In the context of the increasing scale of construction,the bills of quantities valuation has gradually become an important guidance for the whole-process control of project cost.In this regard,this paper will analyze the whole-process control of project cost from the perspective of bills of quantities valuation.Firstly,the value and influencing factors are analyzed to improve the value cognition of project cost control personnel on bills of quantities valuation.Then,the practice strategy is analyzed in combination with cases to control the practical points of the whole-process control of project cost from the perspective of bills of quantities valuation,and promote the high-quality implementation of the whole-process control of project cost from the perspective of bills of quantities valuation.
