摘要
市政工程造价预结算审核是确保市政工程造价合理性和规范性的重要环节.所以,工程造价预结算的相关审核工作,需要得到项目业主的充分重视,并且业主要从工作重点内容入手,通过分析存在的各种问题,制定出合理化策略.对此,本文简要介绍了市政工程造价预结算审核,并对市政工程造价预结算审核的要点以及市政工程造价预结算审核现存的问题展开了分析,同时着重探讨了市政工程造价的预结算审核工作策略.
Abstract
The pre-settlement audit of municipal engineering cost is an important part of ensuring the rationality and standardization of municipal engineering cost.Therefore,the relevant audit work of engineering cost pre-settlement needs to be fully valued by the project owner,and the owner should start from the key content of the work,and formulate a rationalization strategy by analyzing the existing problems.In this regard,this paper briefly introduces the pre-settlement audit of municipal engineering cost,analyzes the key points of pre-settlement audit of municipal engineering cost and the existing problems of pre-settlement audit of municipal engineering cost,and focuses on the pre-settlement audit strategy of municipal engineering cost.
