关于提高道路水泥稳定层施工一次验收合格率研究

摘要
水泥稳定层施工技术是比较常见的施工技术,合理的运用水泥稳定层施工技术,不仅可以提高道路建设效率,还可以大幅度提高综合建设质量.基于此,本文以某市政道路工程为研究对象,分析道路水泥稳定层施工的一次验收合格率不高的原因,主要包括水泥稳定材料过干、水泥材料用量不足、高温天气施工、施工后养护不到位,等等,并提出了道路水泥稳定层施工的一次验收合格率提升方法和巩固措施.
Abstract
The construction technology of cement stabilized layer is a relatively common construction technology,and the reasonable use of cement stabilized layer construction technology can not only improve the efficiency of road construction,but also greatly improve the comprehensive construction quality.Based on this condition,this paper takes a municipal road project as the research object to analyze the reasons for the low one-time qualified acceptance rate of road cement stabilized layer construction,mainly including the excessive drying of cement stabilizing materials,insufficient amount of cement materials,construction in high temperature weather,and insufficient maintenance after construction,etc.,and proposes methods to increase the one-time qualified acceptance rate of road cement stabilized layer construction and consolidation measures.
