Architectural Planning Concept of Modern Residential Communities and Its National Territorial Spatial Planning
With the advancement of urbanization construction in China,modern residential communities have gradually formed a unified architectural planning,so the construction of modern residential communities and the construction of national territorial spatial planning system have become inevitable.In the past years of planning and development,the theory of modern community planning has formed a relatively complete conceptual system through practical summary,so that it can better meet the development needs of modern urban planning.Based on this condition,this paper briefly expounds the concept of modern residential community architectural planning and its national territorial spatial planning.
