Under the macro background of increasingly rising labor costs and increasingly strict requirements for ecological environment and building quality,increasing the construction and development of assembled buildings is a particularly important way to promote the sustainable development of the entire construction industry.To a large extent,assembled buildings promote the innovation of construction technology and process.Therefore,this paper discusses this issue from the perspective of management,makes a specific analysis on the construction management problems of assembled buildings at the present stage,and subsequently clarifies the corresponding optimization strategies,aiming to provide reference for the development of assembled buildings.
