高速铁路站房新型开放式铝板幕墙施工关键技术分析

建筑幕墙施工中,如果采用传统的施工技术方法会存在一些弊端,比较多见的是幕墙变黑发黄或者胶缝出现老化现象等,不仅幕墙结构安全性无法保证,而且缺乏美观度,这就需要积极引进创新工艺技术.本文以高速铁路站房幕墙工程为例,应用BIM建模方法,能够有效减少铝板尺寸误差,并在安装骨架、防水背板、面板等操作中采用新型开放式铝板幕墙施工技术,以提高施工质量,确保幕墙结构安全系数高,且极具美观性.本文对高速铁路站房工程的施工过程进行了简要论述,分析新型开放式铝板幕墙施工所具备的特点.
Analysis on Key Technology for Construction of New Open Aluminum Curtain Wall in High-Speed Railway Station Building
In the construction of building curtain wall,if the traditional construction technology method is adopted,there will be some drawbacks,the more common drawbacks include the black and yellow of curtain wall or the aging of glue joint,which cannot guarantee the safety of the curtain wall structure,and also lacks aesthetics,so it is necessary to actively introduce and innovate technology.In this paper,the curtain wall project of high-speed railway station building is taken as an example,the application of BIM modeling method can effectively reduce the size error of aluminum plate,and new open aluminum curtain wall construction technology is adopted in the installation of framework,waterproof backplate,panel and other operations,so as to improve the construction quality and ensure the high safety factor of the curtain wall structure,and show very beautiful outlook.This paper briefly discusses the construction process of high-speed railway station building project,and analyzes the characteristics of the construction of new open aluminum curtain wall.
