Construction Technology of Soft Soil Foundation in Highway Bridge Engineering
Taking highway bridge engineering as the research object,this paper focuses on introducing the types and key points of soft soil foundation construction technology in such engineering.Using theoretical analysis,this paper first introduces the basic characteristics of low strength,poor permeability,high moisture content and porosity,rheological properties and non-uniformity of soft soil foundation.It points out the principles and technical points of replacement method,drainage consolidation,preloading,dynamic compaction method and reinforcement method in the construction of soft soil foundation for the middle section of the East-West Highway in Algeria undertaken by an international company.It explains the complexity and high requirements of soft soil foundation construction,aiming to provide reference and inspiration for similar projects.
