深基坑变形监测技术在建筑物密集城区应用实例

摘要
在基坑施工过程中,应按相关规范和技术设计对支护结构稳定、地下水位变化、基坑影响范围内的其他建筑、管线的位移等多项监测项目进行周期性变观测,预警基坑变形趋势,正确指导施工,保证基坑的安全施工.本文以某棚户区(城中村)改造项目基坑为例,提出具体的监测项目,逐一分析各项监测结果,判断基坑变形趋势,可为类似工程提供参考.
Abstract
In the process of foundation pit construction,periodic change observation shall be carried out for many monitoring items such as the stability of supporting structure,the change of groundwater level,the displacement of other buildings and pipelines within the scope of influence of the foundation pit according to the relevant specifications and technical design,so as to warn the deformation trend of the foundation pit,correctly guide the construction,and ensure the safe construction of the foundation pit.Taking the foundation pit of a shantytown(village in the city)reconstruction project as an example,this paper proposes specific monitoring items,analyzes the monitoring results one by one,and judges the deformation trend of the foundation pit,which can be used as a reference for similar projects.
