Analysis of Water Conservancy Project Construction Supervision Quality and Progress Control Countermeasures
With the continuous development of the times and the continuous progress of society,the scale of water conservancy project construction continues to expand.This paper takes the significance of strengthening the quality and progress control of water conservancy projects from the perspective of supervision as the starting point,clarifies the main problems related to quality and progress control in the current construction supervision process,and expounds the measures to strengthen the quality supervision and control level based on three aspects:pre-control,in-process control and post-control.Through target construction,whole-process control and strengthened coordination,the path to ensure the construction progress is analyzed,so as to provide reference for relevant practitioners.
