摘要
本文围绕变电站工程建设项目全面质量管理展开探究,着重探讨了变电站工程建设项目全面质量管理存在的问题,通过构建变电站工程建设项目全面质量管理指标体系,深入分析质量规划、质量控制、质量保证改进措施;构建健全的质量保证体系,明确质量责任制,制定切实可行的质量保证措施;加强全过程控制施工质量等,确保变电站建设工程项目质量稳定可靠.
Abstract
This paper explores the comprehensive quality management of transformer substation engineering construction projects,focuses on the problems in comprehensive quality management of transformer substation engineering construction projects,and analyzes the quality planning,quality control and quality assurance improvement measures by constructing the comprehensive quality management index system of transformer substation engineering construction projects.A sound quality assurance system is established,the quality responsibility system is clarified,and practical and feasible quality assurance measures are formulated.The whole process control of construction quality is strengthened to ensure the stable and reliable quality of transformer substation engineering construction projects.
