摘要
建筑业是我国支柱型行业之一,其在国民经济发展中占据重要地位.其中,高效开展建筑工程管理工作是保障工程项目顺利实施并取得既定效益的关键环节.在实践中,要高度关注建筑工程管理工作中常见的不足之处,并针对性地制定防治策略.基于此,文章从建筑工程管理工作的重要意义入手,详细分析了建筑工程管理中的各项不足,并重点提出了解决措施.希望本文的阐述能够为建筑工程管理工作提供些许理论依据,以便提升建筑工程建设质量.
Abstract
The construction industry is one of the pillar industries in China,and it occupies an important position in the development of national economy.Among them,the efficient implementation of construction project management is the key link to ensure the smooth implementation of engineering projects and achieve the established benefits.In practice,it is necessary to pay close attention to the common shortcomings in construction project management,and formulate targeted prevention and control strategies.Based on this condition,this paper introduces the importance of construction project management,analyzes various shortcomings in construction project management in detail,and puts forward solutions with emphasis.The elaboration of this paper is expected to provide some theoretical basis for construction project management,so as to improve the construction quality of construction projects.
