Research on Application of Project Management Theory in Municipal Engineering
This paper discusses the application of project management theory in municipal engineering management.Firstly,the basic connotation of project management theory and its relationship with municipal engineering management are introduced.Then,the important role of strengthening the management of municipal engineering projects is analyzed,subsequently the corresponding application strategies are proposed to address the existing problems in municipal engineering management,including clarifying the project objectives and indicators,optimizing the resource allocation mechanism,establishing an information sharing and communication mechanism,and improving the supervision and acceptance mechanism.Finally,it is emphasized that strengthening the municipal engineering management requires the joint efforts of all parties to jointly promote the application of project management theory and contribute to the sustainable development of cities.
