Ceramic tiles have the advantage of low water absorption rate,and will continuously absorb other substances in the process of processing.In order to meet the requirements of use,the quality test of ceramic tiles is required.There are many methods for quality test of ceramic tiles,and they also have different roles in practical applications,and it is necessary to select the appropriate methods according to different testing items and requirements.In this paper,the quality testing technology of ceramic tiles is expounded from the aspects of raw materials,formula,sintering process and inspection,and several methods to improve the quality testing level of ceramic tiles are proposed,which are used as references.
