Application of BIM Technology in Quality Management of Assembled Buildings
As a hot field in the current construction industry,assembled building and BIM technology are of great significance to improve the level of building construction quality management.This paper discusses the application of BIM technology in the quality management of assembled buildings,introduces the basic concepts of assembled buildings and BIM technology,analyzes the specific application of BIM technology in the construction quality management of assembled buildings,including the construction quality management of prefabricated components,the quality management at project construction sites and the quality control checklists,and proposes strategies to improve the management effect of assembled buildings based on BIM technology,including the efficient application of BIM technology,the full application of BIM technology and the correct application of BIM technology.
