摘要
随着城市化发展,房屋建筑的需求也越来越大,较多房屋在建筑施工完成之后常常出现渗透的问题,不仅影响人们的生活质量,而且影响后期房屋的使用寿命,甚至导致严重的安全事故.为此,在房建施工过程中,应当重视防渗漏施工技术,从而保证房建工程的质量,减少房屋渗透漏水等建筑问题,提高人们对于房屋建筑质量的信心.基于此,本文将着重探究房建施工过程中防渗透施工技术的具体策略,以供相关业内人士交流参考.
Abstract
With the development of urbanization,the demand for housing construction is also increasing,and many houses often have the problem of seepage after the completion of building construction,which affects people's quality of life,also affects the service life of houses in subsequent stage,and even leads to serious safety accidents.Therefore,in the process of housing construction,it is necessary to emphasize anti-seepage construction technology,so as to ensure the quality of housing construction projects,reduce construction problems such as housing seepage and leakage,and improve people's confidence in the quality of housing construction.Based on this condition,this paper will explore the specific strategies of anti-seepage construction technology in the process of housing construction,so as to provide reference for relevant industry insiders.
