摘要
随着我国老龄化程度日趋严重,老龄生活的配套设施及居家环境将逐渐无法满足老龄化生活的需求,如居家养老的地面高低差、墙面锐角易磕碰、卫生间无障碍处理、室内通风及采光等各类不适老环境,均需得到急迫的解决方案.基于此,本文顺应国家政策,以适老方向为切入点,以提升适老家庭居住改造为对象,深入研究既有建筑的居家适老化绿色改造综合技术体系.
Abstract
With the increasingly severe degree of population aging in China,the supporting facilities and home-based environment of the elderly life will gradually be unable to meet the needs of the aging life,such as the ground height difference,the acute angle of the wall leading to bump,the barrier-free treatment of the bathroom,indoor ventilation and lighting,and other unsuitable environments for the elderly,all of which need urgent solutions.Based on this condition,this paper conforms to the national policy,focuses on the elderly friendly direction,and takes the improvement of elderly friendly residential renovation as the object,and deeply studies the comprehensive technical system of home-based elderly friendly green renovation of the existing buildings.
