Application of BIM Technology in Construction General Contracting Projects
With the development of the construction industry,the construction general contracting mode is increasingly applied to engineering practice.The construction general contracting project organically integrates and reasonably intersects all stages of construction,which effectively shortens the construction cycle of the project and improves the project economy.The emergence of BIM technology connects different stages and roles,establishes an information exchange model for project participants,greatly improves communication efficiency,reduces information exchange costs,improves the quality of construction projects,reduces construction costs,and becomes a way for enterprises to improve their core competitiveness.Based on this condition,this paper first analyzes the connotation of construction general contracting and the characteristics of BIM technology,clarifies the application value of BIM technology,and explores the application of BIM technology in construction general contracting project in detail.
