摘要

本文探讨了BIM技术在建筑工程进度管理中的应用及其所面临的挑战和对策.BIM技术以其可视化、协同性、信息集成和模拟性等特点,为建筑工程进度管理提供了强大的支持.然而在实际应用中,BIM技术也面临着一系列问题,如数据共享与协同工作的不畅、数据安全与保护问题、多专业协同的复杂性以及用户界面与操作性的挑战等.基于此,本文提出对策的实施,研究提升BIM技术在建筑工程进度管理中的应用效果,以期促进项目的顺利进行.

Abstract

This paper discusses the application of BIM technology in construction project progress management,as well as the challenges and countermeasures.With the characteristics of visualization,collaboration,information integration and simulation,BIM technology provides strong support for construction project progress management.However,in practical application,BIM technology also faces a series of problems,such as poor effect of data sharing and collaboration,data security and protection issues,complexity of multi-discipline collaboration,and challenges of user interface and operation.Based on this condition,this paper proposes the implementation of countermeasures and studies the application effect of BIM technology in construction project progress management,so as to promote the smooth progress of the project.
