Water conservancy project is an important part of the national economy,and plays an important role in the development of national economy and the improvement of people's production and life.Combined with the actual situation in each stage of water conservancy project,the researches on cost control problem and measures are conducive to improving the overall cost control level of water conservancy project,and have a very important role in promoting the economic benefits and social benefits of the project as well as management level of the participating units.This paper takes the water conservancy project undertaken by the construction enterprise as an example to effectively improve the economic benefits of the enterprise by implementing the whole-process cost control.
