Building construction management plays an important role in ensuring the smooth implementation of construction engineering projects,ensuring the construction engineering construction quality,and improving the economic benefits of construction engineering projects,and is an important measure to ensure the safe,orderly,environmentally protective and efficient implementation of construction engineering projects.However,there are still many problems in building construction management at the present stage,which adversely affect the results of building construction management.Based on this condition,this paper analyzes the existing problems in construction engineering management at present,and analyzes the quality control measures in the process of building construction management based on the elements of building construction management.
