Construction engineering is an important part of national economy in China,and it is also a basic project related to the overall situation of national people's livelihood and economic development.However,due to the current domestic problems in the contract management and dispute resolution of construction engineering projects and lack of in-depth research on the corresponding countermeasures,a series of adverse consequences occur.Therefore,this paper analyzes the current situation of construction project contract management and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the shortcomings,so as to promote the healthy development and sustainable and stable progress of construction projects in China.
