高层建筑岩土工程勘察及不良地基处理措施分析

Analysis on Geotechnical Investigation of High-Rise Buildings and Treatment Measures for Poor Foundations
This paper will analyze and discuss the geotechnical investigation of high-rise buildings,including boring test,in-situ test,soil mass evaluation and other technical means,and combine with the investigation results to provide data support for the subsequent treatment of poor foundations.Taking the building in a city as an example,this paper proposes the countermeasures,mainly 3:7 lime-soil replacement and tamping and CFG pile(cement fly ash gravel pile)reinforcement.Finally,it is found that such reinforcement means can effectively improve the bearing capacity of the foundation,realize the uniform transmission of load,and ensure the safe operation of the project.
