The management of building decoration project cost needs to integrate various factors and implement a comprehensive cost control strategy.Cost control throughout the whole life cycle of the project can effectively avoid cost fluctuations and reduce risks in project execution.This paper studies the whole-process cost control of decoration project,analyzes the decision-making stage,design stage,tendering and bidding stage,construction stage and completion acceptance stage,and expounds the whole process management of project cost,so as to help the industry insider optimize the cost management process and improve the economic benefits of the project.
