随着建筑工程的不断发展,大跨度空间建筑数量不断增加,钢结构由于其具有施工便捷等优势,在跨度空间建筑中应用的较为广泛.但是需要注意的是钢结构在大跨度空间建筑中质量检测过程中还存在许多的问题,为保证大跨度空间建筑钢结构质量安全,文章本文以大跨度空间建筑钢结构为例,在分析大跨度空间建筑钢结构的特点,对超声探伤检测、磁粉检测、射线检测、渗透检测四个无损检测质量控制方法进行研究,最后探讨了大跨度空间建筑钢结构的无损检测发展趋势,以便于为大跨度空间建筑钢结构安全性、稳定性提供重要保障.
Non-destructive Testing Quality Control Analysis of Steel Structures in Large-Span Space Buildings
With the continuous development of construction engineering,the number of large-span space buildings is increasing,and steel structures are widely used in span space buildings due to their advantages such as convenient construction.This paper takes the steel structure of large-span space building as an example,analyzes the characteristics of steel structure of large-span space building,and studies four non-destructive testing quality control methods of ultrasonic flaw detection,magnetic particle testing,radiographic testing and penetrant testing,and finally the development trend of non-destructive testing of steel structure of large-span space building,so as to provide an important guarantee for the safety and stability of the steel structure of large-span space buildings.
