With the acceleration of urbanization development,the number of public building repair projects in cities is increasing,which promote the reform and development of construction and also increase competitive pressure in the construction industries.The construction industry should seize the development opportunity,clarify the value of construction technology management in the construction of public building repair projects,and improve the relevant management methods and measures to promote the improvement of construction technology level,ensure the construction quality of public building repair projects and obtain more benefits.This paper further discusses the construction characteristics of public building repair projects based on engineering cases,and puts forward relevant suggestions on the construction management of public building repair projects.
