In the construction of electric power system,the power transmission and transformation line project is very important,and the quality of construction management is directly related to the success of the whole project.This paper explores a power transmission project with a total length of 946km,discusses the key management points of key links such as foundation construction,tower construction and wiring work in detail,and proposes corresponding management measures.Special emphasis is placed on how to ensure the construction progress and safety through scientific construction plans and strict quality control under special climate and complex terrain conditions.
