In recent years,due to the rapid development of economy in China,the construction industry in China has also ushered in new changes,not only the management level of building construction is improving,but also the relevant measures are being further improved.The construction progress of the construction site is an important indicator to evaluate the management level of a construction project,and it is also an important factor to promote the smooth progress of the construction project.This paper mainly expounds on the building construction project progress management and optimization strategy.
