With the continuous improvement of urbanization construction in China,the number of construction engineering construction projects is increasing,and the reports on the resulting engineering construction and safety issues are also increasing.In order to ensure construction quality and reduce the occurrence of safety issues,it is necessary for the construction unit and construction team to work together to achieve comprehensive control over the construction of building project.Based on this condition,this paper starts from the responsibilities of construction engineering construction units,introduces the difficulties in construction management of current construction engineering construction units,and proposes relevant countermeasures,so as to provide reference for relevant personnel.
