Problems and Countermeasures in Municipal Engineering Project Management
Municipal engineering is an important part of infrastructure construction in China and plays an important role in national economic and social development.With the acceleration of urban construction and the continuous expansion of urban scale,the number and scale of municipal engineering projects are increasing year by year.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the research on the management of municipal engineering projects for improving the construction level of the whole city.This paper analyzes the existing problems in the management of municipal engineering projects,and puts forward targeted countermeasures,so as to provide reference for the management of municipal engineering projects in China.
