本文以装配式建筑工程为研究对象,探讨分析了钢结构无损检测技术的应用方法,着重阐述了焊缝无损检测技术、超声探伤技术、渗透检测技术、磁粉检测技术,不同的检测技术在应用时具有属于自己的优势,同时也有自己的劣势,因此在检测的过程中应结合钢结构的特点以及检测技术的功能价值,选择匹配的检测技术.另外,检测单位应加强技术的创新,对不同的检测技术融合应用,开发新的研究方向,推动装配式建筑的发展进步.
Research on Non-destructive Testing Technology of Prefabricated Building Steel Structure
This paper takes prefabricated construction engineering as the research object,discusses and analyzes the application method of steel structure non-destructive testing technology,and focuses on the weld non-destructive testing technology,ultrasonic flaw detection technology,penetration testing technology,and magnetic particle testing technology.Different testing technologies have their own advantages and disadvantages in the application,so it is necessary in the process of testing to combine with the characteristics of steel structure and the functional value of testing technology to select the appropriate testing technology.In addition,the testing unit should strengthen technological innovation,integrate and apply different testing technologies,develop new research directions,and promote the development and progress of prefabricated buildings.
