This paper explores the application of Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology in green building construction and cost control.By analyzing the specific application in the project planning,design,construction,operation and maintenance stages,the role and effect of BIM technology in each stage are revealed,and the application of BIM technology in cost estimation and scheme comparison,collision inspection and energy consumption analysis,energy utilization and environmental utilization is mainly discussed,aiming to deeply analyze the application of BIM technology in the field of green building,discuss its advantages and limitations in practice,and propose corresponding improvement measures and development suggestions.
