Analysis of Influence of Construction Engineering Design Changes on Cost
This paper qualitatively analyzes the influence of construction engineering design changes on project cost,and points out that engineering changes are the main factors affecting project progress,and may lead to waste of resources and reduce efficiency.Design changes have a greater impact on the project quality level,especially during the critical period or later period,it may bring hidden danger factors and reduce the durability of the entire building.The case analysis shows that,the changes caused by the construction unit and the survey design party have a great impact on the cost,and the corresponding improvement suggestions are proposed,including multi-party collaboration to reduce design changes,strict issuance of changes,strengthen the implementation management and settlement,and use multiple measures to effectively control the cost and ensure the smooth implementation of engineering construction activities.
