摘要

随着建筑行业的发展,装配式建筑作为一种新型的建筑方式,具有节能环保、施工周期短等优点.然而,装配式建筑的工程项目管理与施工质量安全控制仍面临一定的挑战.本文将对装配式建筑的工程项目管理策略及施工质量安全控制策略进行分析,以期为相关实践提供借鉴.

Abstract

With the development of construction industry,prefabricated building is a new building style and has the advantages of energy saving,environmental protection,and short construction period.However,the engineering project management and construction quality safety control of prefabricated buildings still face certain challenges.This paper analyzes the engineering project management strategy and construction quality safety control strategy of prefabricated buildings,so as to provide reference for related practices.
