In the new era,the construction industry achieves integrated development,and the scale of construction projects is expanding.The construction process of construction projects is also affected by many factors,which cause common quality problems at different degrees,and affect the final construction results.This paper expounds the causes of common problems in the construction quality of housing construction,such as design factors and personnel factors,and puts forward targeted prevention and control measures,that is,improve the design and enhance the comprehensive quality of personnel,so as to provide reference opinions for the construction unit,ensure the final construction quality and efficiency,and promote the long-term and sustainable development of the construction industry.
