This study analyzes the existing problems of construction schedule management,such as plan execution deviation and poor resource allocation,and points out the application potential of artificial intelligence in the construction industry.This paper introduces how to use artificial intelligence,including machine learning,to optimize plan arrangement,build a real-time monitoring and early warning system,predict schedule risks and respond strategically,and enhance the resource allocation and collaboration intelligence.The practical example shows that artificial intelligence can greatly improve the construction project management efficiency and quality control in China.In response to technical and policy challenges,artificial intelligence is still considered as a key driver for the future innovation and development of the construction industry.
